About The Position

Corrpro Canada is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support its Operations and Engineering teams. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely processing of administrative and document control tasks. The Administrative Assistant will be involved in assisting with technical reporting, maintaining documentation, supporting estimating processes, and providing general administrative support throughout the organization. Key requirements for this position include a strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment using tools like Business Central.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 4 years of administrative and/or data entry experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic and work with numerical data.
  • Ability to solve practical problems, interpret written and verbal instructions, and manage tasks with limited standardization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work with complex spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the capacity to engage constructively with colleagues.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Business Central or similar ERP system is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to Operations, Engineering, members of the management team and field staff as required.
  • Help compile time tickets, expense reports, and supporting materials as required for accurate client invoicing.
  • Support on reviewing, compiling, submitting and digitally archiving various technical reports.
  • Support when required, accurate project opening in ERP system, verifying documentation for data entry into system.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, generate unique document numbers for various deliverables.
  • Follow all safety and quality processes including hazard identification and ISO 9001:2015 guidelines.
