About The Position

The Tualatin Manufacturing team is part of Lam’s Global Operations organization, partnering closely with the U.S.-based Pilot organization and Global Factory Networks across Asia to drive operational excellence. This team delivers high quality, productivity, and innovation across Lam’s Tualatin manufacturing operations, grounded in a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. This role directly supports the North America Manufacturing GM and the North America Pilot GM, while also providing support to the local Manufacturing and Pilot leadership teams. As a senior administrative partner, you will play a critical role in enabling leadership effectiveness across a complex, 24/7 manufacturing and pilot environment. You will serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders, helping drive organizational alignment, execution of key business rhythms, and seamless coordination across multiple functions, sites, and shifts. Your ability to operate with discretion, anticipate needs, and manage competing priorities will directly impact leadership productivity, employee engagement, and the overall effectiveness of site operations.

Nice To Haves

  • 6+ years of senior administrative experience, including support of executive-level leaders
  • Experience supporting multiple leaders and managing complex priorities simultaneously
  • Background in manufacturing, operations, or similarly fast-paced environments preferred
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating large-scale meetings or events (e.g., all-hands)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars across multiple senior leaders (North America Manufacturing GM, North America Pilot GM, local leadership directors)
  • Coordinate leadership cadence including biweekly staff meetings, leadership reviews, and strategic sessions
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion (organizational changes, customer matters, business strategy)
  • Own coordination of key leadership forums including: Biweekly staff meetings, Quarterly all-hands across 4 manufacturing shifts
  • Drive agenda planning, materials coordination, and follow-ups to ensure action and alignment
  • Partner with leaders to ensure clear, professional communication across teams
  • Coordinate travel and expense reports for executives who travel at least monthly
  • Serve as a central hub connecting Manufacturing, Pilot, and cross-functional partners (HR, IT, Facilities, Finance, etc.)
  • Coordinate site visits, customer engagements, and leadership travel
  • Support onboarding, interviews, and team engagement activities
  • Ensure smooth site operations including office coordination, supplies, and facilities interface
  • Support a dynamic 24/7 environment spanning multiple shifts and employee populations
  • Manage purchase requisitions, expense reports, invoicing, and tracking
