We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to an executive team in our New York, NY headquarters. This role will require personal integrity, good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters, and exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail, and timely, independent execution of responsibilities are necessary in this fast-paced environment. The individual must be a responsible team player who is adept at problem solving, creating solutions, and knowing when to escalate issues. The Administrative Assistant must demonstrate flexibility and comfort in collaborating with colleagues across departments and seniority levels, as well as with external parties.
