Requirements

  • Current use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Outlook Email in a proficient manner.
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills including interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing tasks in a timely manner.
  • Capable of passing a pre-employment background and drug test.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and managing front desk visitors and coordinating related visitor needs on-site.
  • Answering, screening and managing incoming call flow; messaging and directing callers to appropriate department or individual.
  • Manage and facilitate all site incoming and outgoing mailing needs including USPS, courier, and related package distribution for front office ensuring deliveries and communications to individual or department.
  • Support office and clerical/administrative support tasks including filing, recordkeeping, customer communication support and other duties as assigned by Office Manager.
