Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of EMR systems is an asset.
  • Experience in the health care field is considered an asset (ex: medical assistant, physiotherapy assistant, optometry assistant, orderly, dental assistant, pharmacy lab technician, sterilization assistant, animal health technician assistant, veterinary assistant, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Be the main contact person for all Central Administrative Office (CAO) requests (Examples include: Accounting inventory request, requests from IT, Purchasing or HR, following up on delivery orders, etc).
  • Ensure all month end tasks and reports are completed and submitted on time.
  • Accurately enter all POs and reception confirmation in Navision software.
  • Ensure all invoices are correctly entered in our CRM software, completing weekly audits and follow ups.
  • Approve and submit all patient financing transactions to our financing provider (verify plan codes and amounts).
  • Oversee clinic aesthetics projects & follow up on actions from audits delegated by the Center Director.
  • Jump in as a backup for clinic positions if needed (by being cross-trained).
  • Ensure the completion of the Daily Chart Audit (to be sent by email to the Center Director).
  • Assist with any other requests or projects requested by the Center Director or management team.
  • Support the organization’s Risk Management program by identifying and promptly reporting patient safety concerns, incidents, or potential risks to clinic management, to assist in the organization’s overall efforts to identify, report, and mitigate risks.
