Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically five or more years of experience in administrative and support roles

  • Advanced administrative and clerical skills
  • Ability to interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and resolve exceptions proactively

  • Proficiency navigating a variety of work applications such as the Microsoft Office suite of tools, including Copilot

Responsibilities

  • Managing complex calendars, meetings, presentations, and travel for a payments executive
  • Coordinating key projects and initiatives, often requiring you to gather, interpret, and translate data into clear and actionable reports
  • Planning and executing meetings, conferences, and cross functional events
  • Creating polished communications, presentations, and documentation that reflects our team’s high standards
  • Partnering closely with internal stakeholders across the Payments business to keep priorities on track
