The Administrative Assistant is responsible to provide administrative and secretarial support to Operations, Human Resources, and Accounting. This position is responsible for providing office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, policies, and monitoring administrative projects. Seek opportunities for improvement in all aspects of business operations. Provide main entrance security, visitor control and record keeping. Receive and redirect incoming telephone calls. Prepare and verify accuracy of invoices and provides assistance to Corporate Accounting staff to resolve discrepancies. Prepare, type, and edit a wide variety of correspondence from notes, instructions and general direction. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as assigned. Compile special reports and analysis, selecting appropriate data from various sources, as directed. Maintain office supply inventory. Routinely handle communications of a highly sensitive and confidential nature. Ensure security of same at all times by developing and maintaining necessary measures and procedures. Maintain adherence to safety and 6S requirements. Perform all other duties as assigned.
