About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resources Department on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys organization, and can handle a high volume of administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Proficient with basic office equipment and Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience supporting Human Resources or working in an HR environment
  • Experience with document control, records management, or file organization projects

Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line phone coverage, directing calls and assisting with general inquiries
  • Perform high-volume filing, scanning, and document management
  • Organize and maintain HR file systems, including physical file room cleanup and structure
  • Ensure documents are accurately labeled, stored, and easily retrievable
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed by the HR team
