The Administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of administrative functions at the store. Working closely with site management and staff, this includes commercial sales support, customer work orders, answering phones and providing general office administrative support. Regularly assist with projects performing a variety of office support duties. Perform responsibilities related to system entry (Point of Sale) and applicable paperwork processing Attend to inquiries from customers/accounts, vendors, and all other business partners Maintain office processes including files, documentation and covering the necessary onsite support Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed Answer and route phone calls providing friendly and prompt service Assist in special projects or other ad hoc assignments as needed
