About The Position

Tutor Perini Corporation is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our corporate office in New Rochelle, NY. Requirements

  • High School diploma required.
  • Minimum 0-2+ years administrative/support experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of general office procedures plus ability to organize and coordinate group work efforts
  • Proficient in web based research and Microsoft Office software (Word/Excel/Outlook).
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Detail oriented and excellent organizational/prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future

Nice To Haves

  • A technical degree a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with clerical/administrative work regarding proposals or other projects (mostly preparing forms/documents, memos/letters)
  • Collect, organize, process and/or maintain bid documents, drawings, specifications, supply requisitions
  • Data Entry – tracking logs and databases
  • Print/scan/organize documents
  • Handle prequalification and license renewals
  • Assist estimators when needed
  • Handle sensitive/confidential information
  • Cover receptionist’s lunch breaks daily
  • General office assistance as needed
