About The Position

The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and coordination. The ideal candidate is resourceful, highly organized, and capable of handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a customer-facing position
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
  • File and retrieve documents, records, and reports
  • Answer and manage incoming calls; receive and interact with visitors
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
  • Monitor, respond to, and distribute incoming communications
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, and managing office equipment
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
