About The Position

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for their brand new 284-unit family community, Terracina at Winding Creek, located in Roseville, CA. The Maintenance Supervisor will report to the Community Manager and is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community at all times, ensuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and co-workers. This role involves anticipating, identifying, and correcting property issues and implementing preventative procedures to maintain a safe environment, cultivate resident satisfaction, and protect the property owner's investment.

Requirements

• At least two (2) years of experience in maintenance, preferably with apartment maintenance.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Supervisory experience in maintenance (preferably in an apartment community setting).
• Experience with plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Experience with light carpentry.
• Experience with glass and screen replacements.
• Experience with unit turns.
• Experience with painting.
• Experience with cleaning.
