About The Position

This role is for a contract administrative assistant working 16-24 hrs per week. This time can be done over 2-3 days (Mon, Tues, Thurs) and will be done on site. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit documents.

Responsibilities

  • Order office supplies
  • Special order support for individual employees
  • Breakroom management
  • Printer maintenance requests
  • Schedule safety meetings and tracking meeting attendance
  • Lunch ordering for meetings
  • Conference room management
  • Manage facility requests
  • Manage the self-inspection book and perform quarterly office walkthroughs as required by Safety Staff
  • Assist with contract employee support (background checks, Badges, EIDs, equipment)
  • Assist with new employee onboarding (equipment, workspace, security setup, etc)
  • Assist with expense reports
  • Rose Award management
  • Time administration
  • Access request assistance for directories and software
  • Manage mass/group email lists/distributions
  • Proof reading agreements or other documents
