Reporting to the General Manager, this role provides essential administrative and operational support across multiple departments, ensuring smooth daily operations, professional front-office experience, and compliance with site entry and regulatory requirements. Professionally and courteously receive calls and greet visitors to the site. Highly organized with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 4+ years administrative experience, preferably in manufacturing setting. Combination of education and experience considered.
  • Intermediate – expert computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work with sensitive information.
  • Candidates must be classified as a “U.S. Person” under applicable regulations or be eligible for authorization under a U.S. government export license.

Nice To Haves

  • 4-year Degree preferred
  • Experience with ITAR compliance or work in the Aerospace and Defense Industry
  • Experience with Visual Compliance, Descartes, or Envoy systems a plus
  • Experience with ERP systems

Responsibilities

  • General administrative support including preparation of PowerPoint presentations and fluency using Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Utilize electronic NDA process to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Maintain guest/visitor book and badges and ensure ITAR procedures are adhered to. Conduct visitor screenings.
  • Support customer and company guest planning and visitor logistics (lunches and conference room schedules).
  • Arrange on-site staff meetings and events.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and/or expense reporting.
  • Schedule/Calendar management
  • Other clerical duties may include, but not limited to, Payroll/timecard approvals, Accounts Payable Billings, mail distribution, Purchasing support, HR and Compliance support.
  • Support special projects and/or assignments as required.

Benefits

  • The base salary pay range for this role is $22.01 - $37.63 per hour.
