About The Position

This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA. Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You. This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brands team of industry experts in the domains of hospitality, brand management, innovation, food and beverage, wellness, owner relations, and more, for all of Hilton's unique brands! As an Administrative Assistant, you will support the team that leads our brands with the steadfast goal of strengthening and growing the Hilton portfolio. On the All Suites & Focused Service team, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Category Leader of All Suites & Focused Service, you will lead all administrative tasks supporting the leadership team.

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of Administrative or Executive Assistance experience
  • Experience supporting multiple Senior Leaders in a matrixed, corporate environment
  • Experience with MS Office programs
  • Experience booking travel

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree/College Diploma
  • Seven (7) years of professional experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings, interviews, and events for the Leaders you support.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and expense reporting.
  • Build business letters, agendas, and presentations.
  • Plan and support internal meetings and team events, ensuring all logistics run smoothly.
  • Help prepare scheduled reports to include submitting and reconciling expense reports.
  • Handle inventory of assets and supplies for current Team Members and help onboard new Team Members.
  • Troubleshoot minor IT or office equipment issues and liaise with support teams.
  • Build partnerships with internal departments to resolve daily administrative challenges.
  • Collaborate across teams to coordinate schedules and logistics for meetings and events.
  • Demonstrate company values through interactions with stakeholders, clients, and internal partners.
  • Implement and monitor programs as directed by management and see the programs through to completion.
  • Prepare and reconcile expense reports accurately.
  • Schedule and handle all meetings, interviews, events, and other similar activities and perform general office support.
