About The Position

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support their In-Home Services and CDS teams in Springfield, MO. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced office environment, enjoys assisting others, and can manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. The Administrative Assistant will be crucial to daily operations by providing support to staff, interacting with clients and caregivers, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office behind the scenes.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Prepare emails, letters, forms, and reports
  • Maintain organized filing systems and documentation
  • Order and track office supplies
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal staff and external clients
  • Assist leadership and team members with projects and day to day support
