The selected candidate will perform multiple clerical and administrative tasks in an organized, efficient, and professional manner. Create a welcoming and secure environment for employees and visitors at our front desk. Assist with a variety of projects from various departments. Coordinate travel and meeting arrangements. Plan employee engagement events. Data entry into various data collection systems. Create presentations and reports. Assist with projects from various departments on an as needed basis. General office housekeeping and improvements. Maintain a continuous improvement focus to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements. Independently carry out all other duties as assigned by Manager.
