About The Position

Soleo Health is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Specialty Infusion Pharmacy needs in the Norcross, GA and surrounding areas. Join us in Simplifying Complex Care! The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the office. The Administrative Assistant lends administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing a variety of administrative tasks, supporting staff, and assisting in the daily operations of the pharmacy team, and nursing team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or certification in office administration is preferred
  • Minimum of one-year administrative experience, preferably in office management - healthcare/Specialty Infusion Pharmacy background preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical duties that assist in the overall productivity and organization of the assigned region
  • Answer phone calls- routing to the appropriate recipient and take messages as necessary
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Office supply management and ordering
  • Clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, and scanning
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute emails to the entire team as needed
  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Support nurse manager, pharmacy manager, and operation director with office related tasks as requested
  • Assist executive assistants with any assigned tasks including but not limited to on-site visits by the executive team
  • Train new staff on use of basic office equipment including but not limited to phone system use, copier, and postage machine
