This position is responsible for generating Chronic / IVIG patient referrals within a designated territory and works closely with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of services.

Requirements

  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in healthcare, customer service, or sales support.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite including Word, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement policies
  • Experience in a patient-facing or provider-support role
  • Basic understanding of infusion therapy

Responsibilities

  • Assist in achieving territory goals related to patient referrals and service delivery.
  • Support sales and service activities by maintaining relationships with clinics, physicians, and other referral sources.
  • Help coordinate services and follow up with accounts to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care.
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and in-services to stay informed and improve performance.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to support customer service and referral processes.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as call logs, expense reports, and other documentation in a timely manner.
  • Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
