About The Position

Provide administrative support to facility management to ensure efficient operation of the facility. This role supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication, and is responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material. The ideal candidate is familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures, and can effectively communicate via phone and email, ensuring all duties are completed accurately, delivered with high quality, and in a timely manner. Responsibilities may include attending meetings and taking accurate minutes, physician credentialing, directing and leading the work of others, managing and coordinating administrative programs and office activities, creating spreadsheets, managing databases, and preparing presentations, reports, and documents. The role also involves answering telephones, taking messages, transferring calls, and potentially covering the reception desk. Calendar management, scheduling appointments, updating calendars, and arranging staff meetings are also key functions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.

  • Associate's degree preferred.
