As the Administrative Assistant, you will support the Resort General Manager and the Senior Leadership team. This role is essential to the day‑to‑day success of resort operations, providing administrative, organizational, and communication support in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Requirements

  • Associate’s degree with a minimum of two (2) years of administrative or supervisory experience, preferably in hospitality, resort, or service‑driven environments, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to guest-centric service

Responsibilities

  • Partner with resort operations teams to research, track, and resolve internal and guest‑related service matters.
  • Support executive and senior leadership by preparing presentations, meeting materials, project outlines, and operational documentation.
  • Compile and distribute daily and weekly resort reports, statistics, and performance data to leadership.
  • Assist with the development, organization, and ongoing maintenance of resort policies, procedures, and departmental organizational charts.
  • Coordinate and support leadership meetings by scheduling, preparing agendas, taking detailed minutes, and communicating follow‑up actions.
  • Oversee general office administration, including correspondence, filing, photocopying, and office supply inventory for the resort.
  • Responsible for ordering office supplies and related materials through Fusion.
  • Serve as a professional first point of contact by answering multi‑line phones, routing calls, taking messages, and responding to general guest and employee inquiries.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by resort leadership.
