The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the construction site by providing administrative, clerical, and coordination support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent ; Some college or current college student looking for full / part-time work
  • Ability to lift 50lbs or more as needed to stock materials
  • Comfortable working in an onsite construction trailer or field office environment
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Have a reliable vehicle for supply runs

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining office supplies and coordinating catered lunches.
  • Unloading supplies, stocking, supply runs to purchase material for the following week
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for deliveries, logistics, and access to the construction site.
  • Help enforce site safety and security protocols by managing sign-in sheets, badging, and access control documentation.
  • Supporting onboarding needs as required for new team members, including paperwork and orientation materials.
