About The Position

We are a small, high-volume vehicle dealership that believes every customer and employee should be treated like family! The Opportunity We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant with knowledge of DMV / vehicle dealership protocol to support the daily operations of our dealership. This role plays a key part in customer service, scheduling, documentation, and dealership workflow. You’ll work closely with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure smooth communication and an efficient, customer‑focused environment.

Requirements

  • Administrative or office support experience
  • Strong multitasking with accuracy
  • High attention to detail and data entry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organization and time management
  • Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
  • Customer service experience, including in‑person

Nice To Haves

  • Regulatory or documentation experience a plus
  • DMV / Dealership experience a huge plus

Responsibilities

  • Draft correspondence and prepare formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Develop and maintain organized filing systems
  • Support general office operations and administrative tasks
