About The Position

Hall Mazda in Virginia has been experiencing tremendous growth and we need to add an administrative associate to our support staff. This is a Monday through Friday position, although occasional Saturdays may be needed at month-end. Pay based on experience. MileOne Autogroup represents 67 franchises with 25 automotive brands and operates 54 service centers in Delaware, Maryland, Missouri, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Virginia. Its portfolio includes the Hall, Heritage, Herb Gordon, Annapolis, MotorWorld and Plaza Motors divisions. Requirements

Experience with daily dealership processes
Good organizational skills
Proper phone etiquette
Proficient in Microsoft programs
Team player with desire to help dealership achieve goals

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Prepare and send out receipts, bills, policies, invoices, statements, and checks.
Compose and prepare routine correspondence.
Handle special clerical projects as needed.
Controls petty cash amounts for dealership and sales department
Compiles information and prepares reports as requested by management
Prepares bank reconciliation
Assists with year end close
