About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable Administrative Assistant to support the Vice President of our West Region based in our Corpus Christi shop. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role requiring strong attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of administrative support experience (executive-level preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Professional, dependable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate a complex, high-volume calendar
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Vice President
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
  • Assist with event planning, meeting coordination, and follow-ups
  • Act as a point of contact between the VP and internal/external stakeholders
  • Support special projects and handle a wide variety of administrative tasks as needed
