Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales Representatives in managing customer accounts, ensuring a seamless customer experience and high level of satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their demands are met promptly.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including technical support and logistics, to address customer concerns and requests effectively.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, tracking account performance and identifying trends to help drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for customer retention and acquisition.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for clients.
  • Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and promote the company’s products and services.
  • Provide feedback from customers to assist in product development and enhancement.
