Position Overview The Administrative Assistant, Renewable Development will provide administrative support for Invenergy's renewable energy project development efforts in the US.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience working in an administrative environment.
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Proficient in MS Office software especially Word, Excel (including Mail Merge) and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to prioritize assignments, multi-task, and re-prioritize assignments as needed.
  • Strong initiative and focused on process improvement.
  • Professional, able to maintain confidential information and team oriented.
  • Desire and aptitude to learn and understand the Energy Industry.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Ability to work from our Denver office 5-days/week

Responsibilities

  • Create documents and presentations, scan, fax, file, distribute mail and prepare mailings with special instructions, e.g., FedEx.
  • Make travel arrangements; maintain calendars, complete expense reports.
  • Office management duties including mail, maintaining supplies, cleaning office rooms, and managing office suppliers (copiers, water, etc).
  • Effective handling of confidential data and sensitive information.
  • Provide ad hoc project assistance such as picking up and dropping off documents, leases and/or title work and helping facilitate signatures as needed such as interfacing with project landowners.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.
  • Serve as point of contact for landowners and project stakeholders.
  • Coordinating prep work of project events
  • General office upkeep
  • Entering, tracking and assisting with PO and invoicing process
