Position Summary: This Administrative Assistant will provide administrative, organizational, and project support to the Business Development department. This role will ensure operations run smoothly by coordinating tasks, managing communication, supporting campaigns, and maintaining essential documentation and systems.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Asana and Salesforce.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous marketing support experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Organize department files, documentation, and digital assets.
  • Prepare presentations and meeting agendas.
  • Support project research.
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and project milestones.
  • Work with vendors to arrange quotes, approvals and timelines.
  • Track and manage all vendor invoices associated with business development activities.
  • Budget tracking for marketing and business development.
