About The Position

This fully onsite receptionist role provides essential administrative and front desk support in a growing office environment. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, deliver high-quality customer service, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations through accurate data entry, clerical support, and efficient use of Microsoft Office and email tools.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, administrative support, or receptionist role.
  • Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage several responsibilities at once.
  • Customer service experience, ideally in a front desk or reception environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Ability to provide receptionist and secretarial support in a professional office setting.
  • Comfort using email and basic office technology to support daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly at the front desk, provide clear information, and direct them to the appropriate person or area.
  • Answer, screen, and route phone calls and emails promptly while maintaining a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents.
  • Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records and databases.
  • Use Microsoft Office applications to prepare, edit, and format documents, spreadsheets, and basic reports as needed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring they reach the correct recipients in a timely manner.
  • Support internal teams with administrative assistance, such as scheduling, coordinating basic logistics, and organizing information.
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area that reflects a professional office environment.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of individuals, including staff, visitors, and external contacts.
  • Balance multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and service levels remain high.
  • Demonstrate patience, professionalism, and adaptability when interacting with diverse personalities and handling various inquiries.
