About The Position

As an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist, you will be integral to our team, providing support with administrative tasks in our small corporate office. Your core skills in front desk responsibilities, administrative tasks, and phone etiquette will ensure smooth daily operations. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred to enhance communication with diverse employees. This is an entry-level position.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone lines
  • Front desk responsibilities (greet applicants coming in to apply and assist with filling out job applications)
  • Assist Human Resources department with administrative tasks
  • Check daily attendance of employees
  • Screen applicants and schedule interview appointments
  • Conduct background checks
  • Other related in office clerical duties will be assigned
