About The Position

The Administrative Assistant IV provides a broad range of administrative services. Provides administrative support to an individual, team, department or group in an organization. Handles a wide variety of administrative and operations support functions and manages multiple priorities. Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of five to seven (5-7) years’ relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collects, reviews and analyzes data and prepares reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, or specialized software.
  • Prepares and distributes reports or other communications on a regular schedule.
  • Manages and maintains files, databases, and archives of relevant records.
  • Screens calls and responds to or routes routine inquiries from external or internal sources with appropriate correspondence or other messaging.
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities.
  • May manage expense reporting, invoicing, office supply inventory, or other routine processes.
  • Takes meeting minutes and distributes them to relevant parties.
  • Supports team projects by assisting with research and coordinating logistics.
  • Organizes office events and meetings, including logistical arrangements.
  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information and ensures compliance with company policies.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the OGA leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence for senior officials.
  • Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
