The position supports academic and human capital management, including onboarding, recruitment, hiring processes, and participation in neuroscience and School of Medicine programs. Responsibilities include facilitating HR policy compliance, preparing grant budgets, and supporting faculty research initiatives. This role may also include planning and executing department events and contributing to special projects to enhance departmental operations, with opportunities to collaborate on process improvements and take on other assigned duties.
