About The Position
This role involves adding and maintaining data integrity in Sysco’s export shipping system (SUS – Export Module), creating export A/F documents, and updating data presented to internal customers. The position also administers procedures to ensure near-zero nonconformance with carrier rates and assures accurate and timely billing.
Requirements
- HS diploma (or equivalent)
- 2 year of higher education preferred
- 2 year of international documentation experience
- English (Spanish a plus)
- Proficient in all Microsoft products.
- Ability to multitask with extreme attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Collects, analyzes and maintains legal import documentation requirements by country in Caribbean, Central and South America.
- Create export documents / track and trace shipments.
- Make decisions on air carrier to be used and book accordingly.
- Add data and maintain data integrity in Sysco’s export shipping system (SUS – Export Module) – Create export A/F documents - log shipments and track and trace shipments.
- Assist Import and Foreign to Foreign department.
- Assist Export Logistics as needed.
