Requirements

  • Associates degree and two years of relevant office administration is required.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Microsoft Office experience required-Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Must have good meeting planning/facilitation skills
  • Attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice To Haves

  • Insurance background preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Create management and productivity reports for leaders.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, training, and conferences and any other special projects as needed.
  • Reconcile vendor invoices and prepare for payment for leaders to review.
  • Assist in the travel and supply needs of a large team of field claims professionals.
  • Maintain professional and productive relationships with client/members, co-workers, leaders, agents, and inter department resources.
