Requirements

  • Broad practical knowledge of operational systems and practices typically gained through extensive experience and/or education.
  • minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage calendars, meetings, travel, and other administrative logistics in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience supporting expense reports, invoices, presentations, and reporting.
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to leaders and teams within the CST Operating Unit to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage multiple administrative priorities with strong organization, judgment, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for leaders and teams.
  • Support meetings and offsites by managing logistics, preparing materials, and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other business communications.
  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Process expense reports, invoices, contracts, and other administrative documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Support projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions.
  • Use Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support administrative operations and reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and team effectiveness.
