Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or executive assistant role preferably within oil and gas, energy services, or a technical B2B environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong note taking abilities.
  • High degree of professionalism and ability to interface with customers and executives

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience supporting a geographically dispersed sales organization
  • Demonstrated ability supporting the cultural elements of an organization
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional events involving multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Sales Manager and regional commercial sales team across our U.S. Land operation
  • Manage and maintain calendars, coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for sales leadership
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the sales leadership team
  • Coordinate welcome onboarding of new customer users, ensuring all milestone events are documented and celebrated appropriately.
  • Support the preparation of quarterly business review materials, sales performance reports, and project presentations for leadership
  • Monitor and manage the sales team’s deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution of internal commitments
  • Assist in organizing district sales meetings, customer events, and training sessions including logistics, agendas, and materials
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism at all times
