The Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) provides essential services to nearly every citizen of the State, including identification, driver, and vehicle services. The Driver Services Program (DSP) is the primary public-facing arm of the DMV, managing public operations across 35 physical field offices, a mobile operations fleet, and high-volume call centers. The CDL State 2 State unit within the DSP administers motor vehicle statutory requirements, manages driver data through data entry, electronic imaging, and filing, and provides copies, reports, and information to law enforcement, governmental agencies, and the general public upon request, collecting appropriate fees. This position is designated as remote but may require occasional work from a department office. Remote employees are responsible for maintaining a home office with a secure internet connection and are expected to work online during normal business hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday). All performance expectations apply to remote work in the same manner as in-office work.
