This support includes preparing reports, tracking data, creating flyers and signage, and assisting with marketing departmental programs. The role also involves greeting and directing members, scheduling appointments, assisting with transportation, and retrieving patient information from Epic. Critical thinking skills are needed to coordinate department functions, and the position supports the employee wellness program (WOW) and event coordination like biometric screenings. Additionally, the role manages the timekeeping system, inputs departmental payroll, and tracks related paperwork. Scheduling into Technogym and assisting with departmental scheduling are also key duties. The position requires typing routine technical and confidential materials, maintaining the department personnel policy manual, entering employee information into a keyless entry system, and assisting with departmental quality improvement processes. Responsibilities extend to answering inquiries, assisting with inventory, ordering supplies, and overseeing department supplies and equipment. Finally, the role coordinates volunteer scheduling.
