The Administrative Assistant role is integral to the operations of the Brown School Dean’s office. This position serves as a lead receptionist greeting visitors to the Dean’s office, as well as fielding phone calls and managing a portion of the email coming into the School. The Administrative Assistant supports the Dean’s Office with meeting and event planning/execution/follow up, as well as development of PowerPoint and Excel resources. We value exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, outstanding oral and written communication, strong computer skills, capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and the ability to handle confidential information and situations with sensitivity and discretion.
