About The Position

Trillium Health Resources is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to support departmental operations through advanced administrative coordination, reporting, and operational support activities. This role involves maintaining workflows, preparing reports and materials, supporting audits, and coordinating meetings and communications to ensure the timely completion of departmental priorities and deliverables. The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and possess a collaborative mindset, thriving as part of a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent time management and organizational abilities, comfort working independently with minimal supervision, adaptability to changing priorities, and proficiency with technology and digital tools are essential.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED and one (1) year of clerical experience; OR Equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must reside within North Carolina and will be required to report weekly to the Greenville, NC or Wilson, NC office.
  • Must be able to travel within catchment as required.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support for departmental activities, projects and assignments.
  • Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentation materials.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, trainings, and events.
  • Track departmental deliverables, deadlines, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain and validate data using technology tools, systems, and tracking resources to support reporting accuracy and administrative processes.
