About The Position

This is an 11-month Administrative Assistant I position with MHS. The role requires a High School graduate/GED and a minimum of three years of administrative assistant support experience. The position involves advanced technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, desktop publishing, and Google Suite. A strong understanding of office terminology, procedures, and equipment is necessary. Proficiency in basic bookkeeping and accounting, including budget management, reconciliation, accounts payable, and purchasing, is also required. Requirements
