One California As our Administrative Assistant, you'll be an invaluable part of our office team, supporting leadership and ensuring seamless daily operations with kindness and high-quality work.Every day, you'll manage inquiries, greet visitors, contribute to stakeholder meetings (clinical staff to CEO), and utilize Google Suite to maintain seamless operations and confidentiality.To be successful, you must possess exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to anticipating needs and providing timely, accurate support.

Requirements

  • High School/GED or equivalent experience in lieu of diploma
  • Three (3) years of data entry and word processing and general office experience

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working with the public in health/social services programs.
  • Previous Med Cal or medical billing, accounts receivable and data collections and tracking experience

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and prepares the billing, tracking and reconciliation of expenses and payments for agency programs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Responsible for petty cash reconciliation for the agency.
  • Maintains the agency's cash receipts log.
  • Responsible for vouchering and coding of invoices, scanning invoices to A/P, tracking payment of invoices and identifying missing invoices in Lawson.
  • Performs end-of-month accruals for A/P.
  • Ensures correct pCard payment processing in Concur for all programs.
