Requirements

  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills in order to interface in person and via telephone.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and to prioritize projects/responsibilities.
  • The position requires flexibility, as priorities change and as needs arise to assist other department colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention-to-detail are required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work well with co-workers.
  • Ability to properly prioritize workload and remain adaptable under pressure.
  • Computer skills essential.
  • Computer experience with PowerPoint a must; Internet, Word and Excel required.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail required, especially in time-sensitive and pressure situations.
  • Looking for a professional, self-driven/motivated, pleasant individual who is committed to insuring that our clients always come first.
  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge or experience with Access preferred.
  • 1-3 years of administrative support experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Coverage – welcoming and directing customers.
  • Greets customers and clients to the department in person, over the phone and via e-communications; establishes a quality customer experience through a courteous attitude and professional appearance.
  • Clerical and organizational assistance of department correspondence, handling mail, scanning, and other administrative duties.
  • Support processes and assist in preparation of documents to support business activities.
  • Operate PC using one or more software programs to generate documents, coordinate meetings, conferences, presentations, travel arrangements, and perform other routine administrative work.
  • Organize and coordinate department functions as requested.
  • Order and maintain supplies; arrange for equipment maintenance.
  • Design, construct and edit PowerPoint presentations.
  • Process invoices for payment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
