Overview Performs a variety of Human Resources and administrative functions necessary to support the leadership in HR and occasionally to HR Business Partners. Performs duties of a routine, complex, and confidential nature, requiring exercise of initiative and judgment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR or other business-related discipline preferred. High school diploma required.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years' administrative assistant experience required.
1-3 years of HR Coordination experience.
Experience preparing reports
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels within a multicultural environment.
Utmost respect for confidentiality and discretion.

Responsibilities

Answers phone for site, coordinates arrival and departure of employees, visitors and vendors within assigned facility including badge creation and disabling
Processes invoices for prompt payment. May be required to process expense reports.
Preparing training packets for end users/clients
Reviewing job packets from Project Managers to ensure completion
Manages mail and light shipping activities for site/location
Supports all employee relations events in assigned facility or region ensuring compliance to HR values and TDW culture such as company sponsored holiday events, picnics, lunches, CRC events, health and wellness, blood drives, etc., for the purpose of promoting TDW culture and values.
Assist with facility management when required
Will coordinate all HR responsibilities associated with TDW's employee on-boarding program for new hires in assigned region or business line.
Utilizes Workday HRMS to upload employee documents as needed and submit tasks for entry to HRIS
May assist in the preparation and composition of offer letters, employment contracts, termination letters and other business correspondence as requested.
Serves as a resource to employees to provide solutions and answer questions on various HR programs such as HR policies and procedures, benefits, employee relations events etc. On issues that are more complex, will need to know where to direct the employee
Provides administrative support for various HR programs such as DOT, Corporate Credit Cards, Government Reports (EEO-1), Surveys, Questionnaires, etc.
Exercises initiative and judgment in determining action to be taken on routine and non-routine matters with respect to urgency, confidential status, and importance.
