Requirements

  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Customer service driven
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational/prioritization skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Answers incoming telephone calls. Takes messages or forward calls to voice mail system. Follow up with staff as appropriate
  • Greets visitors and maintains the visitor's sign in log
  • Orders supplies
  • Distribution of mail
  • Process facility billing statements
  • Package & ship out brochures, materials & supplies when needed.
  • Does assigned typing tasks as identified including: letters, reports, forms and other correspondence
