About The Position

The Cross Family of Agencies is seeking a talented and experienced Benefits Administrative Assistant for their Manchester, NH office. This full-service benefits partner specializes in employee benefits for clients nationwide, with a primary focus in NH, VT, and MA. The role involves assisting a dedicated team with various administrative duties, including TPA renewals, compliance document review and creation, database updates using Salesforce, RFP generation, and managing open enrollment materials. The position also requires servicing claim issues by working closely with carriers and account managers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years administrative experience
  • Familiarity with Employee Benefits functionality
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and customer service skills required
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
  • In depth knowledge or understanding of Employee Benefits Plans and their functionality (Medical, Dental, Life, Disability, Cafeteria Plans, HSA, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus

Responsibilities
