Requirements

  • BS or BA preferred
  • 5+ years Insurance industry experience preferred
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience; including presenting in front of C-Suite
  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Requisite insurance licenses will be required within 6-months of hire
  • Intermediate MS office experience, including excel
  • Experience with cold-calling, prospecting, business planning, goal setting
  • Proven record of achieving sales and business goals
  • Ability to travel to outer offices 30-40% of time
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience
  • Up to 25% travel

Responsibilities

  • Leadership, Management, and Accountability for the marketing support role which includes Presentations, Social Media, HUB Visibility, Event Support
  • Enroll new clients over $20k in our online resource library (Zywave, ThinkHR, etc.)
  • Face to Face meeting or Go-To Meetings with clients to provide online resource training
  • Assists producers with demonstration to prospects/ clients of resources
  • Producer capabilities training
  • Creation of capabilities documents
  • Hold quarterly technology training sessions with producers
  • Member of the HUB Start Onboarding team
  • Manage onboarding schedule for new producers, account executives, and marketing team members
  • Create training plan with CSO for new producers
  • Plan all client events, assist with planning of sales events
  • Oversight of producer budgets
  • Coordination of bi-monthly sales meetings
  • Coordinate and interface with marketing / client communications
  • Coordinate associations, memberships, Co-op, and carrier dollars to ensure most effective usage and appropriate management to budgeted levels.
  • Assist with preparation of Forecast, Monthly Sales, Channel Meetings, and other important sales events including Sales retreat, HR Masterminds, etc.
  • Regular reporting of weekly sales scorecard items
  • Attendance on regional sales calls and SRM Conference
  • Management of CORE & KLPZ including auditing of books of business to insure client contacts are in place
  • Provide direction of AV Technology
  • Work with ELT and Team Leaders to develop a communication strategy to use when rolling out a new process or procedure across middle market P&C and EB.
  • Assist with the integration process during an acquisition
