Requirements

  • Must attend each meeting and be prepared with 3 week look ahead service schedule, weekly completed service orders, list of completed and uncompleted monthly TSAs, Call Backs, Safety Sheets and Job Issues.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare work orders and schedule service calls and TSA visits.
  • Prepare and coordinate service schedules with input from SSC’s service technicians, customers, and service manager.
  • Update site contact information.
  • Prepare and participate in biweekly service team meetings.
  • Organize and maintain all records, documents, and job correspondence email into libraries.
  • Create TSA binders.
  • Maintain Safety binder.
  • Serve as the point of contact for customers and technicians, via telephone, text, and email.
  • Interface with customers and internal customers on the timely execution of services.
  • Keep customers informed on the status of jobs through the service project schedule.
  • Catalog all work order notes and recommendations and email them to account managers for follow up on a weekly basis.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and prepare service billings.
  • Perform backup duties for Service Manager and Parts Department when needed.
  • Attend each meeting and be prepared with a 3-week look-ahead service schedule, weekly completed service orders, list of completed and uncompleted monthly TSAs, Call Backs, Safety Sheets and Job Issues.
  • Responsible for Facility contract management.
  • Assist in coverage on the phone tree.
  • Assist with Kitchen Duty rotation.
  • Assist with Event planning and coverage.
