About The Position

Frontier Behavioral Health's COPES Case Manager Aide will perform office administration, clerical, and customer service duties and functions that support the case aides and case managers in the Aging and Long-Term Care of Eastern Washington (ALTCEW) Title XIX program. This program provides comprehensive case management services and pays for other care needs for older adults in their homes. The role involves providing direct customer services, coordinating internal and external communications, managing mail, ensuring forms and databases are updated, and coordinating office organization and equipment needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years general office experience, including computer skills and data entry.
  • Ability to communicate and engage effectively with individuals of varied backgrounds, cultures, education level and socio-economic status.
  • Knowledge of data entry and computer systems to complete tasks.
  • Ability to complete administrative tasks and organize and prioritize tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with elders/older adults or individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and keep current FBH, Title XIX Program, and WAC manuals.
  • Perform administration functions to support the Title XIX Program, including maintaining a staff attendance board, sorting and distributing mail, responding to calls and messages, assisting COPES Case Aides and Case Managers, ensuring forms are stocked, assisting in the preparation of tracking forms, making phone calls to update client information, updating provider lists, inputting and monitoring databases, reviewing client lists for TCM status, maintaining office equipment, and coordinating with IT and Facilities departments.
  • Research resource availability and share information with the assigned team.
  • Maintain and enhance customer service to ensure positive experiences for internal and external customers.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with ALTCEW and FBH staff.
  • Understand and adhere to all agency policies and procedures, WAC and RCW requirements.
  • Perform FBH correspondence and other paperwork in a complete and timely manner.
  • Maintain client records and all other required documentation in a timely and confidential manner, in accordance with agency policies and practices.
  • Other Duties as Assigned.
