This role involves assisting with course material preparation and organization, responding to inquiries, resolving problems, composing and editing documents, ordering supplies and equipment within budget, matching invoices to packing slips, validating deliveries, processing financial documents, and working closely with financial staff to monitor and reconcile account statements. The position also includes assisting with budget management activities, scheduling complex appointments, meetings, and travel, coordinating high-profile events, gathering information, and submitting requests for appointments within faculty research labs.
